This is my first post in what I hope will become a record of my running adventure.
I've been wanting to take up running for a while and after several false starts last year and this, I have finally decided now is the time.
I'm off on holiday for a week with my family to Wales and I want to use the time away as an opportunity to get out and into a new routine. I will be close to the coast and hope that getting up early in the morning to start my Couch to 5K programme will be eased by the wonderful surroundings. The challenge will be keeping it up when we get back to Runcorn!!
I will make a note of my current weight / measurements inc. body fat percentage and hopefully will be able to report on progress soon.
Right, my phone is all 'app'd' up. New music loaded and fitness tracker all ready to go. Fingers crossed I'll have some progress to report when I get back, unless I manage to update while away.
